In this video I present my technique for a single port VATS lung biopsy using the Covidien SILS device. This new port allows to position instruments in such way to avoid pressure on the intercostal bundle. Moreover it keeps the instruments in place avoiding swording. Articulating instruments also allow to easily reach every corner of the chest cavity.
